I’ve been coming here for years and can’t say enough good things about this place. Kelly is one of the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She gives very strong and deep massages and I also love her hot stone work. Ask for Kelly next time you go in!
I reserve actual massage review until later, I have a complaint about business practices of family spa. I need a detailed receipt for insurance reimbursement that I was assured that I would get when talking to the male "owner" weeks before actual massage. This receipt requires massage provider name and CAMTC certificate number. I book massage, get massage, but after service I am told by a female "owner" that such a receipt is not available, due to privacy reasons. Since when is a city required license private? It's a shame, since my insurance reimbursement is generous and would provide a great deal of business from my family.
I waited until my fourth massage before writing a review because I wanted to get a good feel for the place. I’ve had sessions with three different therapists, and they’ve all been great, but Kelly’s deep tissue massage is my favorite. She really knows how to work out the knots and tension without making it unbearable. The place is always clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of care you get. I’ve become a regular and definitely plan to keep coming back. If you’re looking for a good massage, give them a try—and ask for Kelly if you like deep tissue work!
Jason is incredible! I made an appointment last minute and I was lucky enough to get a chair massage for my neck and shoulders with Jason. I told him where I was having trouble and he listened and was super attentive the whole time. He kept checking in to make sure the pressure was OK, and boy is he strong! I have to say this is one of the best massages I've had and I can't wait to come back, it's extremely affordable and well worth the price!
Update ** Lately I've been getting massages from Jason and he's great, very strong 💪 for deep tissue work** Highly recommend this place I've been here a few times, always affordable and super clean. As a massage therapist myself, I can say Aaron nailed the deep tissue with real deep pressure today. He actually got into my knots (most places don't), and the hot stones were great. They also offer CBD oil and cupping, which I'll try next. Friendly front desk too. Upgrading to 90 minutes from now on Highly recommend! 5 stars.
